Four flours. Each one telling a different story.

Every bag is stone-milled from heritage Arizona wheat grown by BKW Farms in Marana -

a family operation since 1939, less than 90 minutes from where we mill.

BAKING FLOUR

Soft white wheat. Milled for tenderness.

Milled from BKW Farms soft white wheat: a low-protein, low-gluten variety. Keeps your cakes tender, your pie crusts flaky, and your cookies soft in the middle.

Four different Pigsty Mills flour logos, each featuring a pig and wheat, with variations in design and color.

BREAD FLOUR

Hard red wheat. Milled for rise.

High-protein, strong gluten development - exactly what you need for sourdough, sandwich bread, pizza dough, and bagels.

Pigsty Mills logo featuring a flying pig with wings, wheat, a windmill, and the text 'Pigsty Mills Messy Mills Clean Flour'

PASTA FLOUR

Durum semolina. Milled for bite.

Milled from BKW Farms durum wheat - the same grain Italian mills have used for centuries. Ground coarser than our other flours for that signature chew.

Four piggy-themed flour packaging labels with pig illustrations and plant elements, each displaying the brand name Pigsty Mills and the slogan Messy Mills, Clean Flour.

WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

Same BWK Farms hard red wheat, same stones, same mill - but with zero sifting. Every part of the grain stays in the bag: the endosperm, the fiber-rich barn, and the nutrient-dense germ. The result is a flour with more flavor, color, and nutrition.

The same hard red. Nothing removed.

Pigsty Mills logo featuring a winged pig running on a hill, with wheat stalks on either side and a windmill in the background, and the text 'Pigsty Mills' and 'Messy Mills, Clean Flour'.

Grown 84 miles from where we mill.

All of our wheat comes from BKW Farms in Marana, Arizona - a family farm run by the Wong family since 1939. Now in its 3rd and 4th generation.

We know the farmer, we’ve walked the fields, and we pick up the grain ourselves.

That’s what “locally sourced” actually means.
